ECHELON: a formation of troops

ECHELON is a street team for the band 30 Seconds To Mars, which helps in bringing friends to the shows, convincing friends to buy band merchandise, phoning local radio stations to request the band's songs, putting up posters, posting to band forums or related bulletin boards online, and maintaining zines or websites dedicated to the band. the ECHELON have their own space on the official 30SECONDSTOMARS board.

The acropolis is the page where you go if you are part of the ECHELON. It has a list of what the band wants the ECHELON to do, make stuff, contests, News, Info, ect. It also contains the password to echelon section of the board.
